What it is

Whole oat kernels, hulled but otherwise intact: bran, germ, endosperm, and oats' signature soluble fiber, beta-glucan — the compound behind oats' legitimate cholesterol-and-glycemic reputation in human nutrition, doing gentler versions of that work in pets.

Why it's in pet food

The whole-grain credibility oat recipes are built on. Groats digest well, carry real fiber, and mark a formulator choosing the intact grain over its fractions.
