Refund Policy

The promise

Your first payment on any Bowlmark subscription is refundable for 14 days, no questions asked. Not store credit — the actual payment, back to your card.

How to get it

Self-serve, no email required: Settings → Your Plan → Request refund. Done.

Prefer to ask a human? Reply to your receipt or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record — their support honors the same 14-day no-questions rule, so both paths end identically. Card refunds typically land in 5–10 business days.

Trials

Trials are 7 days and cost $0 — there's nothing to refund during one. About two days before a trial converts, we email the exact amount and date; cancel before then and nothing is ever charged. If it does convert, that first payment starts its own 14-day window.

After the window, and renewals

Renewal payments aren't automatically refundable — but write in anyway; we're reasonable people. Cancelling always stops the next charge, takes two clicks from Settings, and whatever you've paid for runs to its end.

On your statement

Charges and refunds both appear as PADDLE.NET* BOWLMARK — Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles sales tax and VAT.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of any consumer rights your local law gives you. It never reduces them.
